1 - 1999 Redman Mobile Home TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $5,225.00 in Cash, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check will be required of the purchaser(s) at the time and place of Auction. Balance of purchase price due within five (5) business days of Auction date either in Cash, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check. Purchaser(s) of mobile home must, at their expense, update mobile home to current Park Standards or remove mobile home from park. Park Standards will be provided to any inquiring parties within a 48-hour time period prior to the sale by request to the Park Manager at 1500 Berkley Ct., Harwood, MD 20776; phone 301-627-5622 or 410-741-1990.
